LOCKERWORKS MASTERCLASS LOTTERY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

§1. ORGANIZER

1.      The organizer of the promotional lottery under the name “Lockerworks Masterclass Lottery” is Lockerworks Pty Ltd, 89-99 Princess Highway, Kogarah, NSW 2217, Australia.

2.      The Lottery is a free promotional activity classified as a Free Prize Draw, compliant with the UK Gambling Act 2005

3.      Employees, contractors, partners, or individuals involved in administering the Lottery are not eligible to enter.

§2. PURPOSE

  1. The purpose of the Lottery is to promote the Lockerworks brand and to engage participants of the Lockerworks Masterclass sessions through an interactive prize draw experience.

§3. TIME AND VENUE

1.      The Lottery will take place during eight Lockerworks Masterclass sessions held on 12–13 November 2025 as part of the Retail Supply Chain & Logistics Expo at ExCeL London.

2.      The draws will be conducted immediately after each session on the Masterclass stage.

3.      Each session constitutes a separate draw conducted exclusively among attendees who participants in the session.

4.      No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

§4. PARTICIPATION RULES

  1. Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or over attending the event who:
  2. scan the QR code displayed before the start of a given session,
  3. complete the online registration form providing their name, company name, and email address,
  4. accept these Terms & Conditions and data-processing rules,
  5. confirm registration by clicking the verification link received by email.
  6. Only participants who have completed registration and verified their email will be entered into the draw.
  7. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
  8. Each participant may enter one unique email address across the duration of the event. Multiple entries using the same email address will not be accepted.
  9. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they can access the verification email.

§5. PRIZE

  1. One prize will be drawn after each Masterclass session: an Amazon Gift Card worth £50.
  2. Only one winner will be selected per session. If the selected winner is not present or fails to claim the prize, the draw will be repeated.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal value if necessary.
  4. Prizes must be collected immediately on stage or at the Lockerworks booth.

§6. DRAW PROCESS

  1. Each draw takes place at the end of the respective session in the presence of the audience.
  2. The draw is conducted by the session presenter or a Lockerworks representative.
  3. The winner is selected automatically and randomly by the Lottery Application developed for the event.
  4. The draw result is displayed showing the winner’s first name and initial of the surname.
  5. To verify prize collection, the winner must provide their Ticket ID from the confirmation email. Failure to provide the Ticket ID may result in forfeiture of the prize.

§7. DATA PROCESSING

  1. The data controller is Lockerworks Pty Ltd.
  2. Participant data (name, company, email) will be processed for:
  3. conducting the Lottery and contacting winners,
  4. sending confirmation emails,
  5. delivering marketing communications with voluntary consent.
  6. Participant data will be stored until consent is withdrawn or for a maximum of 24 months.
  7. Participants may access, rectify, restrict, or delete their data by contacting hello@locker.works

§8. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to:
  2.    invalidate entries breaching these Terms,
  3.    repeat the draw in case of technical error,
  4. publish the winner’s first name and initial for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  5. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for technical failures preventing participation.
  6. The Organizer may amend, postpone, or cancel the Lottery due to circumstances beyond its control.
  7. The Lottery is promotional in nature and does not constitute gambling under the UK Gambling Act 2005.
  8. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
